The Letterman – Palin Wars

The Letterman-Palin wars have to be the stupidest thing that otherwise intelligent people are participating in.  We have two hypocrites trying to play above it all and people are taking sides – neither of which are attractive.

Letterman – had a baby out of wedlock while living with the mother – they finally wed when their son was 6 years old.  Hardly a pillar of upstanding morality.

Palin – ran a campaign on family values, while her young daughter got pregnant while in high school.  Another pillar of morality?  Don’t think so.

Letterman is no longer funny – he stopped being funny years ago when he turned into a leftist mouth piece.  He has said vile things about everyone and the righter the viler.

Palin is not the upstanding force of morality or family values… she wears HUGE flaws.  Her outrage was over blown, and I don’t want her demanding anything on my behalf.

People have wasted huge amounts of energy defending either of these people.  Two incredibly rich, powerful people have gotten more free publicity from this than anyone will ever be able to calculate.

All it has done for me is make me dislike them both even more.  Letterman is over due to retire and Palin needs to stay in Alaska.  I won’t be watching Letterman and I won’t be voting Palin.

And, one last note, to the righties that are fighting for Letterman to be fired – you are IDIOTS – this is why we loose – you and your false outrage.  And, if you run Palin, we will loose even bigger than ever.
